Impres’ Salon and Spa utilizes a “Level System” which offers services at various price points based on client demand for an individual stylist. This is a performance based system, not experience or skill based.
This system offers level ranges 1 through 4. Level 1 stylists may have years of experience to offer but may be new to the area or may be joining our team after an internship with us. On the other end, a Level 4 stylist will have a well developed clientele base. As stylists build clientele, they move up the levels based on the strength of their clientele and schedule.
The stylists are expected to take advantage of many educational opportunities, and we pride ourselves on sharing what we learn with you. Please ask us what we are doing next!
